About the Role

We are seeking an organised, articulate, and commercially minded Partnerships Development Manager to drive the growth of our strategic partner ecosystem. This role is focused on developing meaningful long-term relationships with ecosystem-adjacent businesses across payments technology, point of sale software, retail technology, and hospitality platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly attentive, relationship-oriented, and capable of navigating complex commercial conversations with professionalism and clarity. They will play a key role in expanding our market presence by strengthening existing partnerships while identifying and cultivating new strategic opportunities that align with our long-term vision.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to create value across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across the payments, POS, retail technology, and hospitality technology ecosystem

  • Identify and establish new partnership opportunities with complementary software, hardware, and service providers

  • Grow and deepen existing partner relationships through consistent engagement, strategic planning, and joint opportunity development

  • Build long-term commercial alignment with partners to drive mutual growth and market expansion

  • Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring a high standard of communication, responsiveness, and professionalism

  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, product, and leadership teams to align partnership initiatives with broader company objectives

  • Create and execute partnership growth plans, co-marketing opportunities, and go-to-market initiatives

  • Represent the business confidently in meetings, presentations, events, and industry discussions

  • Maintain strong organisational discipline across pipeline management, follow-up, reporting, and partner communications

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and ecosystem developments to identify strategic opportunities

  • Strong understanding of ecosystem-led growth and partnership strategy
